How long does it take to get dealer support?
Most requests are handled the same day. For bank/account changes, please allow 2–3 business days.
Do I need to call Verizon Prepaid or UPD first for activations?
Start with UPD support for dealer-specific questions. Verizon Prepaid support lines are for portal, code, and technical issues.
What if I’m locked out of the Vidapay portal?
Call Vidapay Dealer Support at 877-956-2359 for reset and login help.
How do I join weekly Verizon training?
Use the training link above. Sessions are Thursdays at 2 PM CST (3 PM EST, 12 PM PST).
Can I apply for ACH terms later if I’m already a dealer?
Yes, just submit the Bank Account Change Request with your updated documents.
