Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses | 100% Field-Based Position

Unlimited Prepay is expanding in the Houston and Dallas markets and we’re hiring Field Sales Managers to help grow our retail network. We are a prepaid wireless distributor, and your office will be the field — not a desk. If you're not out working with store owners, training their teams, and helping them grow, you’re not doing the job. Every number you bring in matters — your bonus is directly tied to your performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work entirely in the field — visiting retail stores daily to manage, support, and grow sales
• Train store staff on how to sell prepaid wireless products and upsell services
• Prospect for new retail locations and onboard them as active accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and employees
• Drive growth by setting goals, tracking numbers, and delivering results
• Solve day-to-day issues and guide stores toward better sales performance
• Ensure each visit adds value and supports overall company goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or territory management
• Background in wireless, prepaid, or telecom is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Able to manage time in the field efficiently and hit sales targets
• Must understand how to handle rejection, close deals, and follow up
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
