To complete the application form successfully, please have the following copies ready to upload:
- Copy of the owner's valid picture ID, such as the Driver's License.
- Copy of the Business License showing the business name and address.
- OPTIONAL: If applying for a Credit Line/ACH Terms, then include a copy of a voided business check or bank letter. Either one must show the business name, address, bank name, Bank Account and Routing numbers.
Bank Account Change Request or Apply for POSTPAID/ACH Terms
